Video Games is good
Have you heard about PSP or Wii? Video games have been popular since their introduction in the United States in the 1970s. In the early days, video games were basic, animated interactive games. More sophisticated graphics were introduced into the medium in the late 1980's. Nowadays, the term "video games" includes video games, computer games and hand-held electronic games. In my opinion, video games had bring disadvantage for us.
One of the disadvantages of playing video games is some people can become completely addicted to video games and they do not go to work or school, do not eat properly and do not exercise enough. For employee, completely addicted will affect their   performance. However, completely addicted will make students cannot concentrate in class and finally led to the score plummeted. Having a proper meal and exercise is very important for us. Just imaging that how about our health if we do not eat properly and do not exercise enough? We will be get sick easily and will affect our life. Instead of wasting time on video games, we should spend some time to exercise.
Besides that, some people can become desensitized to violence when they play a lot of violent video games. There have been reports of criminals copying violent video game crimes (such as those featured in the controversial Grand Theft Auto series). In school, many bully cases had happen among students even teachers. For example, older students kicked younger students due to receive protection money. Some students may also beat teacher just because of scolded by the teacher.
Moreover, video games can give people false expectations of real life, as real life cannot be perfectly simulated by video games. Some people may think that taking drugs, getting drunk and smoking are not harmful when they are presented in video games without the characters feeling any effects from their behavior.
Playing online games  is like playing at your own risk. You need to know when to play and when to stop. Parents should limit their children’s time on video games. Allowing kids to play for longer hours will not only affect their eyes but also deteriorates their career.
